Returns & Refunds

Each Nour Archive piece is prepared with care. Because limited-edition prints and custom commissions are produced in small quantities or made specifically for you, all sales are generally final.

Limited-Edition Prints
If your print arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact Nour Archive within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Custom Archive Commissions
Because Custom Archive pieces are created specifically from materials and memories you provide, commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. Each commission includes one round of minor revisions before the artwork is finalized for printing.

If Nour Archive is unable to complete your commission, any payment made for unfinished work will be refunded.
