By using this website or purchasing from Nour Archive, you agree to the following terms.

Artwork & Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, artwork, images, designs, text, and other original content created by Nour Archive remain the intellectual property of Nour Archive. Purchasing a print or commissioned artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold as reproductions, or used commercially without written permission.

Custom Archive Commissions
Custom Archive commissions are created using photographs, stories, references, and other materials provided by the client. By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the right or permission to provide them for use in creating your commissioned artwork.

Each commission includes the deliverables and revision allowance described on the product page. One round of minor revisions is currently included. Requests beyond the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

Submitted Materials & Privacy
Materials submitted for a commission will be used to create and deliver the commissioned work. Submission does not automatically grant Nour Archive permission to publicly share personal photographs, stories, or other submitted materials. Please see the Privacy Policy for additional information.

Orders & Availability
Limited-edition works are subject to availability. Nour Archive reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Colors & Appearance
Colors and details displayed on screens may vary slightly from the physical print due to differences in displays, printing, paper, and production.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping, returns, damaged orders, and refunds are governed by the Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies available on this website.
